staff was very polite and friendly.
The breakfast was just avrege , thugh the restaurant service was very god and very friendly. The rooms have no phones to make order. They provide only 2 X1/2 litre water, which is just insufficent. They prvide a Kettle but no water , which is to be corrected . i wish they provide at least 3 litre of water , where 1 litre is for the Kettle

The staff was helpful, despite the glitch in booking. Room was as described and nearly maintained. Bathroom was clean with good hot water supply. AC was functioning well.

People were trying to open the door at night from outside. Since I was traveling alone, it scared me. Rung up reception number and it kept going to kitchen/room service. Finally,room service informed manager on duty. It was a mess!
